Meet Kelly Hynes

Kelly Hynes, RN, is a dedicated member of the Conceive NJ care team, serving patients in Wall Township, New Jersey. With a focus on reproductive medicine, infertility nursing, patient education and in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle management, Kelly provides steady, compassionate support to individuals and couples throughout their fertility journeys.
Kelly plays an essential role in ensuring that patients feel guided, informed and cared for from the moment they begin treatment through every milestone along the way.
Why Kelly chose reproductive medicine
Kelly’s path to fertility care began unexpectedly. After experiencing burnout while working on a lockdown Alzheimer’s unit, she was offered an opportunity in reproductive medicine despite knowing very little about it. That opportunity quickly turned into a passion. She found deep meaning in the personal, hopeful nature of infertility care and developed a strong connection to supporting patients as they work toward building their families.
Kelly’s patient care and expertise
Kelly is proud of the trust her patients place in her. They often share that they value her compassion, her patience, her ability to make them feel heard and cared for, and her clear and reassuring guidance. Supporting patients through each emotional, clinical and informational step of their fertility journey is what Kelly finds most rewarding.
Celebrating their milestones – big or small – is one of the greatest joys of her work. She loves to see their dream of having a family become a reality. She treats each patient the way she would want to be treated, with the same compassion, respect and attention she would want for her own friends and family.
Kelly’s areas of focus include coordination of IVF and intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles, medication management and guidance, treatment planning support and emotional support. She provides individualized care that helps patients understand each step of the process and ensures they receive compassionate, thorough support as they navigate what can often feel complex or overwhelming.
Her greatest strength is the ability to connect with patients and make them feel comfortable. Kelly wants them to feel they can come to her with anything, even questions they might worry are small. She believes that creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood is what sets her apart.
Kelly’s personal life
Kelly grew up in Union Beach, New Jersey, and now lives in Brick. She enjoys spending time with her husband, her three grown sons and her dog. In her spare time, she loves going to concerts, relaxing on the beach, taking family vacations and baking treats for family and friends.
