For new patients:
Use the “message us” button to the bottom right of your screen. We’ll ask for your cell phone number to begin secure texting with you using our HIPAA-compliant Klara system. Let us know you would like to request a fertility consultation.
We’ll ask you for your name, date of birth and a few other details to schedule your appointment! After scheduling, we’ll continue communicating with you through text alerts linking to the Klara portal for important to-dos, including asking you for health insurance info and to complete your patient portal registration at least 48 hours before your consultation.
For existing patients:
Please use the “message us” button to the bottom right of your screen to continue secure communications with your team through our HIPAA-compliant Klara system. When we reply, you will receive a text notification at the phone number provided with a secure link to sign in to your conversation on the Klara portal.
